This roundtable will allow members to discuss the export controls compliance and the role that those involved in research administration and compliance play in ensuring export control compliance requirements are met. Led by Susan Wyatt Sedwick, PhD CRA, CSM, Senior Consulting Specialist for Attain Partners, participants will gain insight into the basic regulatory framework covered by the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC) regulatory framework.
