This workshop expands upon foundational knowledge of an IRB administrator's role and responsibilities and focuses on honing skills essential to developing effective institutional policies, efficient recordkeeping, making exempt human subjects research determinations, and productive collaborations with IRB members, researchers, and institutional officials. Participants will learn how to utilize a regulatory framework to effectively navigate questions and situations they may encounter.
